Historical Overview
Established in 2003, Funiushan Ski Resort underwent major upgrades in 2021 to become a year-round alpine destination. Initially developed to leverage Funiu Mountain’s natural advantages—high altitude, dense forests, and rich snowfall—it now integrates winter sports, summer outdoor activities, and educational tourism. The resort hosted provincial youth football tournaments in 2023 and serves as a training ground for professional ski teams. Its indoor ski hall, opened in 2019, enables all-season skiing, while summer camps and eco-tours cater to non-winter visitors.

The resort is divided into six core zones:
